FIlm Festival (aka - cool pictures of us)

It’s time to see what we did this year. Please wear Class A uniforms for this and be prepared for fun. Michael Muir has put together a video commemorating our (mis)adventures this year. Let's see who made the big screen. Meet at the Stake Center at 7:00 pm.

Tackling Hunger and Mountains

Just a reminder.  There is no activity today.  We will be meeting at the church on Saturday at 8:00 am to pick up food for the food drive.  Afterwards, we will go on our 8 mile Brighton Lakes hike returning around 2:00pm.  Please make sure you bring at least 1 liter of water to carry and dress for cool conditions with sturdy shoes.  Uniforms are optional for both parts of this event.

Parents are welcome to join the hike.

End Of The Summer As We Know It (and we feel fine) - Sunday Dress

We cap off the official end of Summer over the next couple weeks. 

First (9/7) with out Stake General Priesthood Meeting.  We will meet at the Stake Center at 7:00 pm - Sunday dress.  This will be a great time for father and son priesthood bearers to recieve guidance directly from the Stake leadership.

Second (9/14) will be prep for the annual Red/Blue overnight camp.  That's right - for now the Utah / BYU rivalry is still very much alive.  Last year we had football in the snow, a Madden tournament, and watched the game on a very big screen.  What will you plan for this year?  Who will win?

Unfortunately, I will be out of town for the planning and the overnight portion of the camp.  I leave Friday (9/9) and will not return until laaaate on the 16th.  In my absence, please work with Spence Hansen and John Finaly Jr. for all scout related questions.
